Step 1 - Request a virtual quote from the team

There are 2 different ways that you can receive and estimate from us. The first way is to fill out the contact form with all your pertinent information and details of the project, then submit the form.

Step 2 - We will review your inquiry

Once we receive either your contact form information or your Instant Estimator submission, we will reach out to you. If, based on the initial estimate, you decide you want to move forward and obtain a more detailed quote for your project, we will arrange a time to do an inspection of your roof so that we can determine an exact price for your project.

IMPORTANT: We want you to know that we pride ourselves on transparency. We are not in the game of “bait & switch” In other words, we do NOT provide you with a low ball estimate, only to come out and give a quote for thousands of dollars more than the original estimate. Our instant estimator uses satellite imagery to determine the size and shape of your roof. The only variables which would increase the price of your project, would be if we find out that there are 2 layers of shingles that need to be removed, or if we find out after removing the old roof that some of the plywood needs to be replaced due to rot (not real common, but occasionally we have to replace a few sheets.).

Step 3 - We will complete the work

If you are happy with the final quote, we will schedule your project. Get your shingle color picked out, and we will keep in constant communication with you throughout the process!
