Our instant estimator uses satellite imagery to determine the size and shape of your roof. The only variables which would increase the price of your project, would be if we find out that there are 2 layers of shingles that need to be removed, or if we find out after removing the old roof that some of the plywood needs to be replaced due to rot
(not real common, but occasionally we have to replace a few sheets.).
